Welcome to The Reading Garden, where you can listen to staff in school reading their favourite poems. Why not email a vlog or snippet of yourself reading your favourite poem or short story. Ask your parent's permission and email your video to the school office. We will upload your video to the website so you can inspire others to share books your have enjoyed.

Why not listen to some more of our staff reading their favourite poems. Miss Bishop chose 'The Owl and the Pussy Cat' as her favourite, Mrs Lane picked 'The Jabberwocky' by Lewis Carroll and Mrs O'Dwyer read 'When We Were Six'. What's your favourite poem? Why not record yourself reading it and with permission email a copy to the office at office.wellhouse@kirkleeseducation.uk so we can add it to this page of the school website.
